D'stilla

it's the first project of LABO Officine Pantelleria, a startup born from the meeting between

Gabriele Lasagni and Pasquale Bonsignore, both engaged for years in promote Pantelleria and its gastronomic excellences.

Today we look at LABO as a an “experimentation laboratory permanent” which, free from conventions and

clichés, explore the potential again unexpressed of Pantelleria, in search of new ones opportunities for the territory.

D'stilla was born from the belief that Pantelleria still has so much to offer and challenges habits to explore a face less

known on the island, going beyond the gastronomic products already known internationally, to enhance unexpressed potential

represented by his garden of herbs, flowers, roots and berries scented.
