Remember the gales that ravaged the shoots of Pantelleria lentils last year? Well, we took up the challenge, gathered our strength and prepared a new field with better protection against those Aeolian gusts. So here we are, ready to sow the tiny and precious Pantelleria lentils!!! Sowing is due to start by the end of the month...
