Ein Prosit (To your health!), toasting with capers

La Nicchia’s capers and oregano join the wine glasses of Ein Prosit, the main food and wine event in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, now in its 15th year running.
From November 14th to the 17th, 2013, we are in the Culinary Section of the Food Tasting Fair devoted to products of excellence and research: we are toasting with Pantelleria capers and oregano in the magnificent rooms of the 16th-century Venetian Palazzo Malborghetto. A real feast for the taste buds!!
