Here is the new recipe by Chef Allari, it is a sautéed peppers with capers in vinegar, olives and zibibbo grapes.
A sort of caponata where the sour note is given by the capers and the zucherina note by the grape grain. To complete a handful of almonds that give a crunchy note and a touch of flavor with pecorino.
Also excellent as a side dish to be served combined with a grilled meat.
